ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Roger L. Schultz of Aubrey, Texas, James J. Freeman of Houston, Neal G. Skinner of Lewisville, Texas, and Steven G. Streich of Duncan, Okla., have developed a high temperature imaging device.
