California, Washington Inventors Develop Data Storage Device Container

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Lowell L. Wood, Jr., Roderick A. Hyde and Muriel Y. Ishikawa, all from Livermore, Calif., W. Daniel Hillis of Encino, Calif., Edward K.Y. Jung of Bellevue, Wash., and Nathan P. Myhrvold of Medina, Wash., have developed a container.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method of storing a data storage device includes but is not limited to emplacing a data storage device in a container, the container having surface . . .
