Comment Period Reopened for Rules Governing Recording Devices in the Courtroom

PHOENIX - The Arizona Supreme Court has reopened the public comment period for Rules 122 and 122.1 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona which govern the use of recording devices in the courtroom. Public comments will be accepted through Nov. 23, 2026.
