Name of Product: X-Dream, X-Dream Total Dry, X-All Mountain Hammer and X-All Mountain Adze

Hazard: A screw on the recalled mountain ice axes can loosen during use, causing the handle or pick to detach, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fall hazard.
