WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 (TNSdock) -- The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a Consent Decree resolving an Order to Show Cause issued against HKT (International) Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, including PCCW Global Inc., PCCW Global Limited, Gateway Global Communications Inc., and PCCW Global (UK) Limited (GN Docket No. 25-308).
