WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 (TNSdock) -- The Federal Communications Commission has initiated a rulemaking procedure to evaluate a petition submitted by Gray Television Licensee LLC regarding KOSA-TV (Amendment of Section 73.622(j), Table of TV Allotments, Television Broadcast Stations (Odessa, Texas), MB Docket No. 26-302). The broadcaster asks the agency to substitute VHF channel 7 for UHF channel 31 within the Table of TV Allotments for Odessa, Texas.
