WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission approved an application from Carlos Lopez, CPA, restoring his privilege to appear and practice before the agency. The action was outlined in the Order Granting Application for Reinstatement to Appear and Practice Before the Commission as an Accountant Responsible for the Preparation or Review of Financial Statements Required to Be Filed With the Commission Other Than as a Member of an Audit Committee (File No. 3-18967).
