WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the Amendment of Section 73.622(j), Table of TV Allotments, Television Broadcast Stations (Des Moines, Iowa) (MB Docket No. 26-287). The action follows a petition filed by the Iowa Public Broadcasting Board, licensee of noncommercial educational PBS member station KDIN-TV, operating in Des Moines.
