ANNAPOLIS, MD - Governor Wes Moore today announced the appointment of Kenneth (Ken) Ulman as the new chair of the Maryland Entertainment Industry Council, where he serves alongside co-chair Meryam Bouadjemi. Ulman began in his new role in August.
