SAN BERNARDINO, California, Sept. 29 -- California State University San Bernardino campus issued the following news:

CSUSB and San Bernardino Valley College Foundation establish ValleyUp2CSUSB Scholarship for transfer students
Under the two-year agreement, each institution will contribute $25,000 per academic year, providing a combined $100,000 in scholarship funding.
