WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- The Federal Communications Commission Audio Division has issued a Report and Order regarding Amendment of section 73.202(b) Table of Allotments, FM Broadcast Stations (MB Docket No. 26-152).

Under the ruling, the agency is substituting Channel 258A for vacant Channel 248A at Whitehall, Michigan. The adjustment resolves spacing conflicts following an engineering analysis of the site.
