WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission has dismissed and denied an Application for Review regarding LPFM MX Group 75, Ministerio Dios Cumple El Proposito En Mi Inc. (No.: FCC 26-62). The decision resolves a dispute over mutually exclusive applications for construction permits to operate low power FM radio stations in Puerto Rico.
