MCKINLEYVILLE, Calif. -Coast Guard Sector Humboldt Bay and CAL FIRE Humboldt-Del Norte Unit signed an updated agreement Sept. 3, at Sector Humboldt Bay to improve emergency medical and technical rescue response coordination in Northern California.
