WASHINGTON -Representative Ronny Jackson (TX-13) honored the life and sacrifice of Parmer County, Texas, native Private First Class John T. Wilkerson, presenting Wilkerson's family with a flag and shadow box at the Panhandle War Memorial, recognizing his service during World War II.
