WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the Wisconsin Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) partial permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
