WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau issued a forfeiture order on Aug. 31, 2026, imposing a $25,000 penalty against Lyno Dynamics LLC (File No.: EB-SED-26-00040747). The action resolves proceedings regarding the company's failure to respond to an official Letter of Inquiry.
