WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau has notified RGTN USA Inc. that it apparently transmitted illegal foreign-originated calls onto U.S. telecommunications networks, including spoofed calls, robocalls impersonating businesses and law-enforcement agencies, and swatting incidents.
