ACC Urges U.S. and Canadian Negotiators to Return to the Negotiation Table

The American Chemistry Council (ACC) was discouraged to hear that United States and Canadian officials failed to reach a deal that would have avoided the imposition of retaliatory duties. The following statement can be attributed to the American Chemistry Council:
