WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate for the Chiricahua National Park Act (S. 3715).

S. 3715 would redesignate the Chiricahua National Monument in Arizona as the Chiricahua National Park. That designation would not change the ownership or management of the area. The bill also would direct the Department of the Interior to protect traditional cultural and religious sites within the park, to temporarily close spec . . .
