DOH AUTHORIZES REOPENING OF HI SHACK (772 TXS) IN HONOLULU
The Hawai'i Department of Health (DOH) Food Safety Branch (FSB) authorized the reopening of HI SHACK (772 TXS) located at 2002 Kalakaua Ave. After a follow-up inspection confirmed that Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods were held at 41 F or below, a handwashing sink was accessible . . .
