Ginnie Mae's mortgage-backed securities (MBS) portfolio outstanding grew to $2.97 trillion as of June 2026. In addition, Ginnie Mae issued $53.9 billion in total MBS, resulting in net portfolio growth of $20.6 billion. Ginnie Mae facilitated the pooling and securitization of 339,562 first-time homebuy . . .
