WASHINGTON, July 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that aluminum foil producers and exporters from China sold merchandise in the U.S. at less than normal value during the 2024-2025 administrative review period, setting a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 61.85 percent for the mandatory respondent and one non-individually examined exporter.
