WASHINGTON, July 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration preliminarily found that carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India was sold in the U.S. at prices below normal value during the 2024-2025 antidumping duty administrative review, while proposing to rescind the review for four companies after determining three had no suspended entries during the period of review and one withdrew its review request.
