WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The Federal Maritime Commission dismissed a small claims proceeding brought by RDD Freight Int'l Inc., Jamaica, New York, against COSCO Shipping (North America) Inc., Secaucus, New Jersey (Docket No. 2054(I)).
