WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The Federal Communications Commission announced steady progress in restoring networks across Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands following super typhoon Bavi. Agency data issued July 9, 2026, shows regional cell site outages dropped to 22.6 percent, down from 35.9 percent the previous day.
