WASHINGTON, July 8 -- The Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau on July 7, 2026, issued a declaratory ruling that permits iHeartMedia Inc. to transfer and expand certain foreign ownership interests in the company while reaffirming prior approvals that let aggregate foreign equity and voting stakes exceed the 25 percent benchmark in section 310(b)(4) of the Communications Act (MB Docket No. 25-200).
