WASHINGTON, July 4 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau issued a $40,000 fine against a Connecticut resident for operating an unauthorized radio station. The action, titled In the Matter of Efrain Gonzalez, Waterbury, Connecticut (File No.: EB-FIELDNER-21-00032664), finalizes a financial penalty against Gonzalez for broadcast violations.
