WASHINGTON, June 20 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (S.J.Res. 190) providing for congressional disapproval of a rule submitted by the Executive Office for Immigration Review relating to "Appellate Procedures for the Board of Immigration Appeals". The resolution was introduced by Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, and Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois.
