Commerce Dept. Keeps China Engine Dumping Order After Sunset Review

WASHINGTON, May 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration said revoking an antidumping duty order on large vertical shaft engines from China would likely result in continued dumping in the U.S. market, with margins reaching as high as 468.33%.

The agency published the final results of an expedited first sunset review covering large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, along with related parts, from the People's Republic of China . . .
