WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The U.S. State Department, alongside the governments of Australia, India and Japan, released a framework for the Quad Critical Minerals Initiative during the Quad Foreign Ministers' Meeting in New Delhi, India. The member nations intend to mobilize up to $20 billion in government and private sector support to strengthen and diversify critical minerals supply chains, focusing on mining, processing and recycling.
