WASHINGTON, May 14 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau has issued a notice of violation to the Texas Youth Organization, the licensee of low-power FM station KRQP-LP (File No.: EB-FIELDSCR-26-00040075). The action follows an investigation into the station's failure to maintain its required operating schedule and its failure to notify federal authorities of a cessation in broadcasting.
