Month-Over-Month

* 0.2% increase in existing-home sales--seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million in April

* 5.8% increase in unsold inventory--1.47 million units equal to 4.4 months' supply

Year-Over-Year

* No change in existin . . .
