WASHINGTON, May 20 -- Rep. James Comer, R-Kentucky, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, issued the following letter to Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Michael G. DeSombre regarding "significant gaps in the federal government's ability to monitor and track Science and Technology Agreements between federal agencies and foreign governments, particularly the People's Republic of China."
