Missing Mayor Paige Cognetti was just brutally called out for abandoning Scranton to run for Congress.
Cognetti has even been criticized by members of her own party on the Scranton City Council, with Councilman Sean McAndrew saying "I can't even get an answer" from the Mayor's Office.
