WASHINGTON, April 28 (TNSLrpt) -- The University City Science Center issued the report 'Outcome Assessment of the Integrated Criminal Apprehension Program', under National Institute of Justice Grant 81-IJ-CX-0010. The study evaluates ICAP's impact on crime control in four police departments: Memphis, Norfolk, Springfield, and Stockton. Released in the early 1980s, it draws on case files and time series data from 1976-1982.
