WASHINGTON, April 24 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued an order (No. DA 26-397) on April 23, 2026, providing regulatory relief to telephone customers in Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. The action follows emergency declarations signed by the President in response to Typhoon Sinlaku and its impact on the region (CC Dockets No. 95-116, 99-200).
