WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on April 16, 2026:

Hazard: The recalled lithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat and ignite, posing risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards to consumers.
