WASHINGTON, April 14 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate for a bill (S. 1135) that amends the National Trails System Act to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct a study on the feasibility of designating the Bonneville Shoreline Trail:
