Campbell Law Professor Ligon Examines Press Credentialing, Due Process in Penn State Law Review

WASHINGTON, April 10 (TNSrep) -- Campbell Law School assistant professor Nicole Ligon has published research exploring the constitutional questions surrounding government-issued press credentials and the rights of journalists to access briefings. According to the research document, Due Process and Press Credentialing, which appeared in the Penn State Law Review, the law remains unsettled regarding whether procedural safeguards are required when access to newsworthy events is denied or revoked.
