Mercyhurst University, Allegheny College Announce 4+1 Graduate Pathway in Education

WASHINGTON, April 4 -- Mercyhurst University and Allegheny College formed an agreement to create an accelerated pathway for students to earn graduate degrees in education. This partnership establishes a 4+1 program where qualified individuals complete a bachelor's degree at Allegheny and a Master of Science in Secondary Education or Special Education at Mercyhurst in one additional year.
