DuPont Completes Divestiture of Aramids Business

DuPont (NYSE:DD) today announced it has completed the previously-announced divestiture of its Aramids business (Kevlar(R) and Nomex(R)) to Arclin, a portfolio company of an affiliate of TJC, L.P. (TJC), in a transaction valuing the business at approximately $1.8 billion.
