WASHINGTON, April 2 -- The House Homeland Security Committee released the following testimony by Nicholas Andersen, acting director and deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, from a March 25, 2026, hearing entitled "Funding Lapse and Security Gaps: Assessing the Harmful Impacts of the DHS Shutdown on Americans." DHS is the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
