WASHINGTON, March 25 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate for the Strengthening America's Turning Point Act (S. 1518).

S. 1518 would rename the Saratoga National Historical Park as "Saratoga National Battlefield Park." The act also would require federal agencies to update documents and maps to reflect the name change.
