WASHINGTON, March 14 -- The House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations and Accountability released the following testimony by Oklahoma Commissioner of Public Safety Tim Tipton from a March 4, 2026, hearing entitled "Highway Safety Under Threat: Examining Non-Domiciled CDL Issuance to Illegal Aliens." CDL is commercial driver's license.
