WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 (TNSFR) -- The Department of the Interior Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has proposed to streamline regulations for minerals other than oil, gas and sulphur on the outer continental shelf. These administrative changes aim to eliminate outdated provisions and facilitate the extraction of critical minerals.
