WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Commodity Credit Corp. issued a final rule establishing the Farmer Bridge Assistance (FBA) Program. This initiative provides $11 billion in one-time payments to U.S. producers facing market disruptions and high production costs.
