WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa released the following written testimony by Christian-Geraud Neema B., a nonresident scholar with the Africa Program at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, from a Feb. 10, 2026, hearing entitled "Advancing Peace in DRC and Rwanda Through President Trump's Washington Accords - Part II." DRC is the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
