WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Shibali Mishra, a computer science and math major at Bowdoin College, earned a $10,000 award after participating in a winter hackathon hosted by the Boston-based marketing-tech firm Klaviyo. Mishra entered the competition in January after seeing an invitation on a student job database.
