FCC Moves to Block Belthrough Following Illegal Robocall Investigation

WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau has issued a warning to a voice service provider for its alleged role in transmitting illegal robocall traffic. In an initial determination order and order to show cause, the Bureau found that Belthrough LLC, Boulder, Colorado, has failed to comply with federal rules requiring providers to investigate and mitigate unlawful call volume.
