WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking to seek public feedback on potential changes to the Clean Water Act (CWA) Hazardous Substance Facility Response Plans (FRP) regulations.
